Shipping Live Fish We ship Tue, Wed. ti avoid fish getting stuck over a weekend in the depot. all fish are double bagged, put in a polystyrene box with a heat pack.

Packing All fish are shipped double bagged with a heat pack and support packing material inside a poly box with a security seal, if that seal is broken please get photos of it before you sign for it and make sure you alert the driver to the fact it has been tampered with.
