Heliofungia actiniformis, commonly known as the Long Tentacle Plate Coral, is a unique LPS (Large Polyp Stony) coral prized for its long, flowing tentacles that closely resemble an anemone. Unlike many other corals, Heliofungia prefers a sandy substrate where it can rest without obstruction.
